Delmar is the gentle manipulator. He's soft spoken, and warm. He seems to be empathetic too. However he's duo faced. He's got a darker side to him. So on the surface he's rather kind, but he's very calculated. He tries to coax you into trusting him, to enforce sort of obedience?
His traits..
Coaxing/comforting is his manipulation weapon. He uses that to guide you where he wants you.
He does so by lowering your guard, aiming to make submission come more naturally, getting you to do it on your own.
He acts empathetic towards you, using touch, comfort, and given he wants you, he takes on a more loving role in manipulation too.
He focuses on calming the situation, nerves through a tight hug gentle kisses. Acting as if he's a lover. His grip is extremely tight making it very hard to even push or pull away.
He makes escaping him hard.
Height as in how tall? I think between 5,9 and 6,1 ;) specific but not super tall ;) Lorian would be 6,3.
As for personality... Dreagan is kind of a silent figure often counts on Delmar to manipulate if he knows the person won't be responsive, while Delmar manipulates with comfort and touch.

Dreagan is:
Cold, and calculating, he's not cruel, and not as manipulative like Delmar. But he follows the rules, and won't tolerate deviation. He's sort of the enforcer to get results, if Delmar struggles to get anything.
He's also a bit more solider-like. You'd feel kind of stressed out to reason with him. Heavy presence?
His traits ...
He's authoritive, he has a very commanding presence even when not talking, he carries out orders no matter what they are.
He doesn't negotiate, he follows the rules
He's detached where, he's not affected by pleas/outbursts.
He's also pretty observant, when Delmar manipulates he'll tend to wait for the best moment to step in.
He's somewhat loyal or was loyal to Lorian. Up until the idea of actually leaving joker has arrived.
Although he likes the joker kingdom. he and Delmar want to experience life outside joker. And possibly go as unaffiliated or to spades(everyone sees spades as the safe haven. Given the ruler is the dormouse, Milo, he's considured to be pretty forgiving, and doesn't mind taking in others)
