Ahh thanks so much, That’s such a kind thing to say! There is an object in the collectors room that will give you a hint to heart piece locations, I could be wrong but I might be able to guess the one you don’t have, if I’m right it’s near the start of the undergrowth, in the room below the entrance.

This was exactly it - you seem to know very well what people are usually missing :). I didn't even know the collector object was giving hints ;). That heart piece was a tricky one - as you have the room already on the map, but can easily forget that a heart piece was there. But I've got the 100% now, and will definitely replay at some point.
