Haha, dude, sorry for the wall of text! This wasn't even made by ai, I just had a lot on my mind. Thanks for your feedback!
You should definitely make your own game, even if it sucks, it's so much fun to see your own project evolve and the process of making a game is so rewarding. Making a game in 2025 is really easy too, with the amount of tutorials and guides and tools there is today. My recommendation is Unreal Engine 5, it's very user friendly and the visual coding system is great.
About the out-of-bounds stuff, I'm not really sure why Unreal engine removes the player when you fall out of the map, that's not something I added, that's just something Iv'e noticed with the engine. I'm guessing you were able to quit the game since you managed to write your comment, but Alt+F4 or task manager are always last resorts if you get stuck.
I realize I should have added an invisible boundary that didn't let you escape the map, buuut- how much fun would it have been if you stacked up the blocks and made it up to the mountains if you couldnt get out?
The animations were designed in a way so when you play an animation you get frozen in place, because it looked so weird when you could run around twerking without your legs moving, and I wanted the player to see the whole animation instead of the player cancelling it. But, I didnt take jumping into consideration when writing the animation logic so yeah- that's a "feature" now.
Thank you so much for your comment, feedback is so valuable to me! The bugs probably won't be fixed, as the game is already starting to die and I have other projects to spend my time on. Hopefully they didn't disturb the unimaginable immersion in this AAA-game tho.
