Yo.
It's short, but it's a really great project.
I like:
-Full art games.
-Lots of personality in the music, the characters, the scenery drawings, the monsters... it's a real graphic universe.
-Simple and effective gameplay.
-The little tutorial drawings on the floor. I would have liked to have the story of this dungeon on the floor.
-The game's physics.
-The different power ideas.
-You even took the time to create options.
Like less
-Game a bit slow for the genre.
-The last boss pattern is really fast.
-I know it's a lot of work. But I wish it were longer. A few more rooms with a few enemies to give more opportunities to test the powers.
-The balance between the powers needs to be improved.
-The wind boomerang would be even better if it followed the character back.
No bugs found. GG!!!
Final point:
Very good project. Solid and complete. A little short, but I don't know anything about HTML5. I'd be lying if I said I knew everything that had to be done to achieve this result, even if I have some ideas. So it's still very good content for me. Complete gameplay, background and ground tutorial, music and sound effects... There's a lot to say about all the good ideas you've implemented in this project. Regardless, I think it's almost flawless. The only point I could really nitpick is the Jam theme (Pushing the Limits). That's to say, your work is good. The various "like less" points are more details than anything else.
All this to say that if your game won the Jam, it wouldn't surprise me, even if there are many other very good projects. You have provided work of rare quality. I thank you for your involvement in this project and wish you good luck. Good work.
