Thanks! There isn't any gameplay purpose to gather the objects, they're just there to be taken away to making the end a little more impactful. I thought about adding something but all my ideas felt like they detracted rather than added anything.
Ohh, just like collecting memories and when one leaves, those happy memories pass through our heads before leaving...how beautiful
