The all in strategy does seem to be the best option right now. Either you lose early, or run away with the game. I'll think of other ways to introduce risk, or at least reduce the effectiveness of the strategy.

There is a game speed slider, did it still feel too slow with it turned all the way up? That also might reduce the wait time for placing bets.
