I don't know if this counts but I made hypnosis/guided meditation games where you develop a mentor/friendship relationship with a mad scientist. The twist is he's not an evil scientist but a silly guy cosplaying as one and also doubles as a mindfulness app. It's more science fiction than fantasy.
