What rar with password are you talking about?
This game download is a .zip file, there is no password to unzip it.
There is no Android version. The way to play on Android is with the PC version running under emulator.
That way game does work on some Android phones, I do not know which models but I guess more powerful models are better.
Game is 12 Gigabytes, that is too large to be made as .apk for the usual way to install on Android.
