The game is not playable properly on Linux, when you get to the initial part where you have to press to rescue the drone because the ship that was being hacked started to boil, after the drone returns to the main ship there is a scene of a kind of transition to black, where the game says 'Game Saved' but stops there, and does not continue anymore, if the game is paused it is possible to see a vision that just stays there, even if you try to move the character and pause again, nothing changes, the game kind of freezes in progression, as if the next scene could not be loaded and instead of showing an error, it just leaves the game unusable and it is impossible to advance the story, even if the game is loaded again from the save that is saved at the moment this error occurs, the captain ceases to exist and does not go to the scene where the boat suffered internal damage and you have to fix it (as it should be), you are just alone forever inside the ship, with nothing working right.

Hello!

The game was playtested on Ubunty Linux, and it worked fine. Although it could be some kind of bug. Do this bug occurs if you're loading older save (made before explosion)?

(1 edit)

The bug only occurs during the explosion event. I haven't tested the previous saves, only the last one before the explosion, which allows you to play it again but always gives the same black screen problem after the explosion.

I left the Linux I was playing on and went to play on Windows because Linux gives a lot of problems, so on Windows I was able to play the game without any problems.

I played on my laptop a Sony Vaio with:

i5 3337u (using Intel HD 4000)

16gb ram

I don't think the problem is the hardware, even though it is below the requirements, but maybe something related to the hardware added to some Linux driver that I was playing? Anyway, I tested it on Linux Mint and Pop OS, both gave the same problem (which must certainly be some critical error not shown in the game to the point of preventing its continuation). On Windows it worked perfectly and I was able to continue the game normally.
