I think you misunderstood the guide. The "full harem" and "van" is what you've already seen, these are part of the regular harem ending. There are no lewd scenes with all 7 girls at the same time, or inside the van, if that's what you expected.
Haha thanks, I replayed it and noticed the ending panels were what was described and figured thats what it was, makes sense I did think it would be insane to have that many more scenes 😆 thanks. It was definitely a solid game to check out while waiting for the next Eternum update
