There is nothing to do really. I gave myself infinite health and explored the whole map, and there is nothing. Tab also switches from the fixed camera to a third person camera, but I don't think this was intended.
I looks like the game can be finished, because someone in the comments said he "got it". I wonder what it is.
In my opinion, if you're not interested in winning a game jam, then these kind of games are okay, with a mysterious hidden message or gameplay it seem to have.
