On which OS are you playing? Windows? Android?
If you're on windows, you need to download the full version from https://andrealphus.itch.io/love-sex-second-base then download the FAFOW DLC and put it in the game folder.
If you're on android, you need to update the game first from ingame updater (update button on the bottom right of the main menu)
