This can happen if your using VPN or add blocker.
I am having the same issue, and I have tried to turn off everything even remotely similar to a blocked, and am still getting the same message. Is there something I am missing?
copy the link and try access it through your smartphone, if it works the issue is on you PC, if it does not the issue is on you network
I got it to work, thank you. Turns out it was my WiFi. Turned the WiFi off on my phone and it took. Thank you though ☺
