I like this game a LOT. It's the game that is my favorite and that I'm most excited for at the moment!
This game gives me a feeling that I rarely get from otome and yandere games. I think it's because the entire thing is so blatantly intense. It is not toned down at all. I greatly adore that.
The characters are all very unique. They cater to specific tastes, some of which are quite uncommon, and that's wonderful. They're unhinged in a way that massively appeals to me. I don't think I've seen many yanderes Crazier than these ones. The worldbuilding is really fun and interesting, too.
I've spent hours playing and replaying this game, and I highly recommend it if you're not averse to anything in it!

Here comes my more detailed thoughts. First I want to talk about the sprites. The designs of each character are so unique and creative, and fit them so well. I love the differences in the outfits and colours. Many of the characters have a lot of darkness around their eyes, which I think is iconic and fits the dark and grungy environment of Wonderland a lot. The makeup on Lorian's face is so cute, and the insignias are really cool as well. My favorite sprite is probably Lorian's smile, he looks so harmless, in contrast to how he acts.
The frequent expression changes and the fact that they blink really helps make them feel alive! One cool moment is when Nox and Warren were talking in the tunnels, and Nox has a sprite that looks between you and Warren. That was SO COOL and made him feel so alive. It added so much immersion for me.
I know art is really hard to make, so I just know it must have took a really long time and a lot of effort to make all the character art. But the creator did such a good job!!! Everyone looks SO GOOD.
Now I'll talk about content. I mentioned it before but I really like that more uncommon subjects are included. I think there's not much content of these themes in otome, and I'm so happy to see such niche things in a game!!!
I love the world in this game. A fantasy environment where everything is alien to you is my favorite, so it is right up my alley. I think "rules" and their consequences are so interesting, and the differences between all the kingdoms (the "parasitic" clover kingdom is most intriguing to me atm). It's just so fun to learn about and very much puts you in the shoes of the clueless mc. I love how the environments the characters bring you to are so different- a hospital, a prison, the diamond kingdom, I love experiencing all these places.
Something I wanted to mention is the choices that shake to show anxiety during tense and important decisions. It really adds to the mood and sense of pressure and fear. It's so cool.
About the characters themselves, they are Crazy with a capital C, in the best way. There's nothing normal about these guys, and I LOVE it. They are highly delusional, manipulative, obsessive, possessive and very clear about how they see you. They cross lines very quickly, have very little earthly common sense, are set in their ways and go to absolute extremes. I love that about them. Even so, each character offers a very different experience and treats you differently, and I've enjoyed playing all the routes so far!
Warren is my favorite, I like him so so much. I love reliable characters who convince me they're good for me and want what's best for me, while hiding their own selfish intentions. He's a very caring and comforting presence. I love the way he sneakily lies about taking me home, and how borderline reverent he becomes. I think about him often during daily life!
Lorian is my second favorite. I feel like he's clicker training me every time he says "good girl". He has me going crazy! My favorite quote from him is when he said he wanted "every broken piece" of the player, that was very warm and touching. I love his wavy text too, I think it fits him a lot as the joker king. Slightly off topic, but I think a song by Fish in a Birdcage fits him a lot. If the creator has any playlists for the characters or songs that gave inspiration, I'd love to hear them and add them to my own playlist!
Delmar and Dreagan are interesting too. I like the dynamic they have going on, how Dreagan's coldness pushes you towards Delmar, and how manipulative Delmar is taking advantage of your fear, desperation and sadness. I think the way they're going behind Lorian's back is going to cause some huge drama in the future... and I'm excited to see it.
All in all I love this game a LOT. I've replayed it multiple times because I enjoy it so much. I'm excited for what Cyrus and Harlan will be like!
I'm so impressed by the length of the routes and the fact that each character has separate paths. I'm also really impressed by the update schedule. The updates have been so frequent, and it must have taken so many hours of hard work. Having routes for the secret characters is exciting, but also very ambitious, and I hope it won't be too much to work on! Please don't burn yourself out! Take care of yourself!
