I can try to attach the pubic hair later and make it a changeable option during customization, but this might not happen soon because other priorities are ahead.
About kissing during sex, I'm afraid this won't be feasible, because the more races, different facial structures, height, all these elements will make the kiss scene, adding to the sex scene, extremely hard to achieve.
Handholding is adoptable.
I estimate the fox race will be implemented in the May update. I'm currently texturing the model at the moment, and I'll likely show the finished model on X, here, and on Patreon soon.
So yes, there will be more races in the future.
