Many of the renderings have painted nails, which look great, but (with a lot of work) it would be a good area for feminization to have someone recommend it or require it, or just explore it yourself with the makeup kit (you could get a week or two out of a good attempt), or the salon (the salon, of course would have mani pedi options for more permanent color and different styles). Personally, I'd consider it a low priority feature to fill things out when you're running out of things to do.
The MC needs money because Beth raised the rent again, so they ask Erin about a raise. Erin might be open to a trial run of a new business model at the coffee shop, she only needs one waitress to try a new uniform and see if customers like the cat cafe idea! With a cute new maid uniform, matching ears, a collar with a little bell (so everyone knows where she is, oops, did it lock? Was there a key in the packaging she threw away last week?), and a tail (that goes where??). Of course, Beth will either happen to stop by the cafe after the MC has been doing it for several days at least, or she'll see the collar on the MC (if it was locked on), or find something when delivering something to the MC's room (definitely not snooping!), and I'm sure she'd LOVE to have a cute kitty maid cleaning the home! The MC will tell Kevin about it, of course, and end up doing the same there for a little more money! Something tells me Eve would enjoy being cute catgirls together, and who knows where that would lead! Definitely lots of headpats with mental reinforcement!

Lactation content! This would definitely have some fun options at the Cafe! "Special milk lattes", adding "cream" when serving a drink (could be a few kinds of "cream" for that matter...), direct from the tap (choose your tap, MC might need to use the break room for some of this, and Erin might want a cut of the "tips")...
