Pretty fun, though the white blood cells all clump together which makes them easy to avoid. Having them move a bit more randomly might give extra challenge.
Thank you for the feedback. The clumping is intentional as it gets a lot more difficult later on. :D
Edit: i also didn't have enough time to make a more sophisticated AI.
