I'm so happy that you enjoyed the main game and getting to know the characters from both sides of the war. Even though there is combat and exploration, my focus on the game is really about building relationships with the characters so I feel very glad reading your comment that my efforts seemed to have reached you.
And it seems Ashur really did a good job advocating for the Old Ones in the end. TBH I wasn't sure how many people would try that route as opposed to siding with the gods. Also wasn't sure how many people would explore the friendship routes, so I'm glad you enjoyed exploring these too.
