What operating system are you running it on?
Have you noticed if the freeze happen totally randomly or at a specific point? And, about how long can you run the simulator before it usually happens?
Sometimes it might help to check that your graphics card drivers are updated to the latest version.

windows 10. It freezes randomly. Sometimes I use the simulator for more than an hour without problems, sometimes it freezes several times in 5 minutes. I have Intel HD graphics 4600. Nvidia Geforce 760 is not working (have tried long nights to fix it without result)
Maybe I should use simulator without having another program or browser running on the background?
