Hey! Of course you can. I suggest you to get the source pack and use a vox plugin like Voxy (https://www.fab.com/listings/4ce8bafb-e0b0-4ef8-a81b-1d4e8d5e97ca) in Unreal Engine directly. You'll also get access to the base pack in case you decide to just work with the fbx instead.
