Does the Unreal project run as admin essential?

I can't open and change to run as admin with *.uproject file.

I also changed the settings of Unreal Editor.

But if I change that way, uproject and Unreal Engine couldn't find Unreal Editor...

How can I handle this problem?

Oh, I fixed problem.
Discord was run as admin, that causes this problem.

After I run as normal, this RPC works well.
