Thanks for checking out my game Jimbly! My formulas for combat and stats are definitely something to revisit. 1/4 miss chance is the best you can get so even pumping stats the might seem like they should increase that, they don't. I wish I could say I knew what I was thinking there but I don't lol. Encounter rate was also halved before hitting submit and I agree STILL feels too high.
I think I may try to collaborate with an artist next year, as trying to smash together different art packs and assets always stand out.
