Cuz Part 3 actually fixed a bug where a lot of scenes didn't show up properly for some phone users. But maybe there's still another bug related to that...Idk...
i dont know but maybe the animations were exporter without transparency? i checked the .webm archives and the repeteable animations had solid black background,i dont know if that is common or good is bad, i dont know much about games
