Unfortunately, the game starts to get interesting mainly AFTER the first level. When you have to sacrifice skills and abilities and gradually downgrade yourself (you've probably advanced the AI too much).
The technical condition is a bit strange, but my 4090 can handle the game fortunately. So-so.
What I didn't really like was shooting lasers from either invisible bots or enemies behind walls. Those are pretty diabolical practices!
