I actually took a look at your sheet music and yep, those minor seconds way down in bass clef is probably the issue. Normally I tend to put more open intervals (fifth, fourth, octave) in the low end and save the crunchier stuff for mid/high range. Also in jazz harmony, a lot of intervals tend to get dropped when "extending" a chord (adding 7ths, 9ths, 11ths) so don't worry about having the "full" chord all the time either so I'd experiment with that as well!

Ah yes, that's right! I read up about dropping some notes when extending chords, but then forgot about it completely. I'll try it sometime, thanks again :D
