Btw if the old interaction system still exists can someone tell me how to access it? I've tried multiple things and nothing, I only have access to the court.

the old "1 on 1" system seems to have been removed completely.
older versions CAN be made available here on itch, but i don't know the specifics of it.
personally, i could not go back to .17. the "event stack" bugs made it pretty much unplayable for me. this is where pregnancies, servants on the overworld, and everybody's stats would get "stuck." pregnancies would never end. servents would never return from the overworld, and stats never changed without the player using an item (example, HP never regenerated, social hygene and hunger never went down, etc) then trigger for this was getting invaded when any other alert popped up
