İf you are looking for a game that choices matter I suggest you Ravager its a really good game.
You mean the one with the Dragon MC?
Ive played it, yes is has meaningful choices. You can slaughter NPCs if you want and it removes them from the story, never to be seen again...
Its not bad but a little to rapey for my tastes.
I'd like to see something similar in terms of meaningful choices but much less Dragon Hentai.
