2013 is pretty old, so I'm not sure it will work. What version of MacOS are you running? The Readme included with the download should tell you how to install it.

MacOS-Version: 11.7.10

I tried it but i can't find the file: ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3 on my MacBook.

It don't exist.

I need Misstortion 2 for the Kickstyler Plugin, otherwise i can't use it. And that would be sad because i paid for that Plugin.

Try pressing Cmd+Shift+G in Finder to open the "go to" window. Type there "~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins". You may need to create the "VST3" folder manually if it doesn't exist yet.
