Enemy trinkets (except for some) also don't also seem to draw the black outline for some reason for you.
Fixing plated dice with quartermaster is indeed intentionally disabled. It would be totally broken if allowed as you could over heal any possible damage really.
Parrots doing splash damage actually was not intended at first, but it was too fun and funny to "fix". But it is a bit too good and I have some overall future plans for a bit of a thing against parrots cooking up in my noggin.
The pirate intimidate chance there looks like 27% so three in a row is pretty baseline. I did nerf his chance in the previous patch but it still might be a bit much. Getting your turns skipped isn't really fun.
