UPD: also there are no plans to make the game on this page paid. Though, donations are always welcome.
If you mean donation through patreon, it works more like a monthly subscription to get access to additional bonuses: voting for contents, dev logs, early access to releases etc.
In both cases there is no one-time payment for game to change the price.
