You're not in the Underworld, are you? Being in there, you only see hints for events that are located there. Also, u need to be helping Eileen in her scheme to kill Klaus, obviously.
Guessing you rejected her offer to kill Klaus.
Just to double check i went back to older saves and redid her story, agreeing and helping, yet no subsequent events appeared after that either.
Type debug into the cheats menu and take a screenshot if you can.
