Hello! I am one of the lead developers of Pokémon Verdigris, a fangame in the works for a while now!
- Mappers or Tileset Makers
- Eventers or people experienced with eventing in RPGMaker
- Programmers experienced with Ruby or Pokémon Essentials in general
We wanted to release a demo a while back, but unfortunately, we just do not have enough help with mapping, titlesets, or eventing to keep things going at a steady pace. Because of this, we have been rethinking how we approach our mapping and eventing and think we have a solid guideline and information needed for members to understand and work towards, assuming we can get the proper help. Now that summer is approaching, we want to at least release a demo, and then hopefully get more help later on for a full game release. We admins will also be helping and are pretty hands on, so do not be intimidated! We have a very strong team already, we just need a good boost in mapping and event planning to get us to the finish line!
Please let us know if you're interested in joining the fanserver and talking to one of the admins! We'd love all the help we can get so we can crank this demo out by this year! We do not have a ton of time available to teach others new skills, but if you think you have the skills required, go for it! Sorry, the game has taken so long, but we have a lot of love for it and want to make it happen.
