So, about this, multiplayer now does work with Greater Diplomacy IV, since the update 4.14.0, it has a complicated setup procedure, but I decided to make an addition to the game that via415 aproved, and with a few caveats, it is now possible to play GD4 online, thanks to combined effort of via415 and me
