You can download the latest version (old saves arecompatible between versions anyway). There isn't a strict timetable, But the game should be finished this year. I did incorrectly predictdeadlines quite a few times before, though! XD
Oh, neat, I didn't even realize there was still stuff being worked on at this point. Might have to revisit game when final release comes out. :o
