I see different color versions of the same character on the page, but I don’t see any different color versions of the same character in the overview image at the top. Is it included in the zip file or do I have to change it myself?

They are included in the overview image at the top if you look closely for the final two asset packs (the bottom right side 90 assets) The final two asset packs only included in this compendium were called "villains" and "heroes" these are essentially gold or modified elite style units. They should all be found in the files with this download. Within the files, they are the units with names such as "Korix the Revenant"
