Made a purchase of a bundle I shouldn't have made, help

I bought a relatively small bundle a few days ago and almost immediately reached out to both support and the creator of the bundle as I realized I did not enjoy any of the content in it to see about getting a refund and neither have responded to me. Is there anything more I can do or must I simply wait and see what happens?
