Are you on MacOS? What eversion of After Effects specifically are you on?
There is a widespread issue regarding After Effects 25.2 on MacOS causing many plugins to fail to load. I suggest downgrading to 25.1 again until they resolve the issue.
I just bought this plugin and had the same issue on AE 25.2.2 on Mac OS. Fortunately I was able to just use my AE 2024 installation, which works fine.
