There's only minor quests for Amber which ends with the massage lvl 3 part. Erica I think there's no current way to increase her heart so it's impossible to do more than blowjob.
Back massage for Amber I think you can't do yet, but you book online at your computer in the morning for a massage training, but I don't think you can do more yet there
