There's only minor quests for Amber which ends with the massage lvl 3 part. Erica I think there's no current way to increase her heart so it's impossible to do more than blowjob.
Back massage for Amber I think you can't do yet, but you book online at your computer in the morning for a massage training, but I don't think you can do more yet there
So, in your room with Chloe you talk to her about trying something new, then it automatically gives you the bit about getting cola (if you don't have it yet)
