Can somebody hep me how to defeat Thorn if i face her and walk backwards seems not to attack. Do i have to use a diaper on her to change or does the videotapes have something to do with her?

she is getting reworked as her ai is off and she is overly punishing. You need to walk back while looking at her and if you need to hit e on her when she needs a change as she ignores the weeping angels logic in that state. Keep your life at full around her
