I need some kind of program to compile the game and upload it to itch.io. And RAR is world-famous. If your complaint is because you want to play it on Android and expect an APK instead of a RAR, unfortunately, RPG Maker doesn't compile an APK for Android.
Why isn't the game decompressing for you? Are you getting some kind of error message or something?

To unzip a Rar file, just right-click on the file (I don't know how it works on Android, I imagine holding your finger on the file for a second, I don't know) and click "extract here."
