I’m a simple fella. A creature of habit, if you will. I see Suika Game, and I jump up in the air and click my little heels together like a leprechaun. It’s such a winning formula, and this is certainly no different. Suika game with a slimy twist. And also fire I think.
For one, this was a great use of the jam assets! I feel like it just makes sense to wanna merge the slimes. Like, yeah. Those two guys WOULD go together and also be orange when you do that. And the game itself works as it should! My biggest “gripe” if you can call it that, is that I wish there were more! A scoring system or more size levels for each slime to extend the playtime. On my first go I had 3 of the biggest slime, which was cool, but I was a little disappointed that I had already suika’d the game! But, to be fair, “I wish there were more” is a great problem to have. So, yknow, grain of salt. I am also smelly and chopped and a stupid little baby so also keep that in mind.
Overall, good stuff. Would love to see a few more things, especially considering how early the game was submitted! I’m sure there was a reason for it though lol.
