For games you own there is a grey box at the top of this page under the search bar that says
"You own this game.
[Download]. Purchased for $____, ____ days ago"
Yes, but when I click into it I get a message about 2/3rd of the way down that says "nothing is available for download yet"
Trust me, my issue isn't knowing how to find where to download it, it's that the download file doesn't exist
