It would be very weird for max level to be 39 since it seems there is more content with other characters that I can't access unless I raise her level plus I didn't get the message you get when max a characters story for that version.

I noticed that you are trying to help people with download problems. Unfortunately browsers don't like even the tiniest interruption when downloading something and downloading on a phone is even worse since using a 'weak' phone, using another app while downloading or the screen turning off can cause an interaption and a slow internet connection means there is more time for something to go wrong. I used to download everything on my PC before but when v18 came out tried on my phone since now I have a high end device and my internet is much faster and I didn't have a problem. I remember in this past I had tried to use mobile data which were a lot faster and everything was going great until someone called me and the download failed🤣. I think the only way to help these people is to provide another means of downloading where interaptions don't matter for example Torrent. If you want to simulate the error they are getting turn off and on again the wifi on your phone while downloading the game.
