The synth in Freedom was initially a misplaced musical idea on a wrong track... but I liked it so much that I decided to lean into it, develop it some more and keep it. Happy Little Accident, true Bob Ross style :D
For Battle I didn't want to go overboard; adding electric guitar for example would clash with choir. Was there something specific in your mind when you wrote "some additional intensity"?
