i can't pin down what it is in "Predators" specifically, but the interesting melodies with their dissonance really captivate me. i've never played Ecco but i was very excited to imagine some of what i know of the game as i was listening to your work!!
"Into the Blue" is so strong as an underwater theme that has some sense of mystery and uncertainty, fitting for your videogame concept. overall, nicely crafted!! i really wish i could hear even more of what you might've composed for this project. :3c
