I re-uploaded it with the name "Alphaman PortMaster (no steam) (linux) 1.0.9.zip" Hope that helps. The only Linux device I have right now is a SteamDeck and a raspberry pi 2. also, believe it or not, they need the WINDOWS version. Not Linux. So if you want to to rename JUST the windows one, with "PortMaster" that's probably best.
