I realized that when I first got the CY_Borg book at comic con . I was surprised that it didn't contain the pale ones, wickheads, and even the undead dolls! So, the moment this jam hits I'm going for it! I came up with the idea of using the undead dolls then converted into an android that has mysterious origins that you and the party has to investigate while you have some humanity or whatever is left of it.
plus, I love androids as a mysterious figure character trope.
Now for the egg on my face: (sleep/ work burnout brain ruined my train of thought!)
"While I do think the writing is great, there is one spot where it could be better. That spot is the 4 bore magnum. Its ability text isn't particularly clear to me. Does it require a D18 presence check and 2 mags to use? Or do you use 2 mags if you fail the presence check. I will say looking at it again, I lean towards the former interpretation, but even then, its not 100% clear to me." I really should've proofread this clear. In cy_borg , after combat is over you check to see if your gun needs to reload by mags. so I'll fix that for better clarity
