I don't know how to disable the hp/tp bar that's why it stayed ;w; as for the conversations they start from the very first day, it's one per day + one with an object belonging to the characters except for Gareth (his fourth conversation is the true ending because his object is the sketch). The momento you send Aidan to sleep the game advances to the next conversation for all characters
