Anyone have an idea of when the next update will release

Roughly 1 month until the Patreon release (mid/late May), and 1 more month after that until its released here (mid/late June).

Not every month, no. The public release has always been about a month after the Patreon release. So, if a given Patreon update is at the end of the month, the public one will be as well. If it was at the beginning of the month, the public one would be as well.

Hey, I'm doing well thanks! I hope you are too. Development for 0.12 is around half way done, so the release should be in roughly 2-3 months
